"From overwhelm to understanding - parenting with confidence through STAR"
The STAR Programme
Sensory and Therapeutic Approach to Regulation
Understanding Your Child. Empowering Your Parenting.
Are you a parent looking for insight, practical tools, and a safe space to better support your child’s emotional and sensory needs?
The STAR Programme is designed for you.
This supportive, small-group course helps parents make sense of their child’s sensory and survival-based behaviours through a compassionate, trauma-informed lens. By building understanding and practical strategies, we aim to empower you to parent with more confidence, calm, and connection.
