Post-Adoption Support
Compassionate, Trauma-Informed Care for Adoptive Families
At Happy Senses, we know that adoption is a journey filled with deep love, unique challenges, and the need for ongoing support. Our post-adoption services are grounded in trauma-informed, sensory-aware care—tailored to the needs of children who have experienced early adversity, loss, or disrupted attachment.
What We Offer:
-
A fully trauma-informed approach across all our services
-
Holistic support for the whole system around the child – including parents, caregivers, schools, and extended networks
-
A strong, collaborative partnership with Adoption Central England (ACE), through which families can access our attachment- and trauma-informed sensory integration therapy using the ASGSF fair access fund. (Speak to your social worker or contact us for more details.)
